Due to COVID-19 we will be open on a limited basis to maintain social distancing for patients. Below are the policies we currently have in place to maintain an environment as safe as possible. Thank you for your understanding
- What to expect:
- We will be screening patients by asking them a few of questions, the use of a non-contact thermometer, and blood oxygen level.
- Staff will also undergo screening when coming to the office to ensure they are not presenting with symptoms.
- Staff and patients alike will be required to wear a mask throughout their day at the office.
- Patients will be required to bring their own mask, but we will have a limited supply for purchase if necessary

- Patients and staff will be required to wash hands/sanitize hands upon entry into the office.
- Staff will sanitize/hand wash hands between each patient treatment.

- We will be limiting the number of patients in the office at a given time to maintain social distancing.
- Please make arrangements to arrive to your appointment on time.
- While we do have a waiting room we ask that you plan your visit to avoid or minimize their use.
- We request that you have family and friends who may normally come with you wait outside the office during your therapy session.
- Therapists will sanitize/wash hands between each patients
- There will be minimal use of equipment to reduce risk of cross contamination, but any equipment used will be decontaminated between patient use using EPA approved disinfectant.
- The AlterG treadmill will not be available for us at this time.
- As always we will be changing pillow cases between each patient, using EPA approved disinfectant to clean the tables/chairs, and any other equipment used during the session.
We are aware that this is a difficult time for everyone and we appreciate everyone accommodating to the new normal we are currently facing. We are happy to be able to serve the community and offer our services in a safe manner.
